Ella Chen breaks a confinement rule

Taiwanese singer-actress Ella Chen’s has always been energetic and active, even posting a video of her dancing vigorously along to one of her songs whilst eight months pregnant.

Even though the new mother has given birth and is in the middle of her confinement period, she’s still as restless as ever, according to her fellow S.H.E member, Taiwanese singer-actress Selina Jen.

Yesterday, Ella took to her Facebook to share more about her life whilst in confinement and revealed that her husband, Malaysian businessman Alvin Lai has been taking very good care of her. She said Alvin is singlehandedly taking care of the household chores and their families, so that Ella can focus on recuperating whilst in the confinement centre.

However, she revealed that as she cannot stand the heat, she has secretly took a number of cold showers, breaking an age-old confinement rule, where new mothers are not allowed to take cold showers during their confinement period.

Ella’s “cool” confession left fans breaking out in a cold sweat, with some leaving comments calling her “crazy,” as they were worried for her health.

Although she is treated very well at the confinement centre, the 35-year-old’s mother still can’t help but to worry over her wellbeing, said Ella, in her post. Now that she has become a mother herself, Ella finally understands where her mum’s worries stems from.

She also took the opportunity to thank her mother publicly in her post, as Mother’s Day was yesterday.

“Ma, thank you for always loving us so much, I love you too,” Ella wrote. She also shared that this is her first Mother’s Day since becoming a mother and that the day has passed by well. Finally, she ended her post by wishing all the mothers in world a “Happy Mother’s Day”.

Ella tied the knot with Alvin five years ago, and she has regularly kept her fans updated about her blissful wedded life. She confirmed that she was pregnant in October last year, and gave birth on April 12 this year.

Aaron Kwok, Moka Fang shop for Mother’s Day gift together

Hong Kong singer-actor Aaron Kwok and his new wife, Chinese model Moka Fang were spotted in public for the first time since tying the knot a few weeks ago.

The couple were seen hand-in-hand at a shopping mall in Hong Kong, with Aaron seemingly in a good mood. He even smile at reporters and said, “Today, [I] brought my wife out to shop for a Mother’s Day gift”.

Moka, who is rumoured to be expecting the couple’s first child, held on tightly on Aaron’s arm the entire time. She wore a black skirt and layered her outfit with a denim jacket, hiding her figure and widely-speculated “baby bump.”

Other than shopping for a Mother’s Day gift, the couple also shopped for shoes. Moka was seen trying on a few pairs of shoes and occasionally turned to Aaron for his opinion.

Aaron and Moka tied the knot in a surprise ceremony which was only revealed hours before it took place on April 18. The ceremony was a simple 10 table affair, with rumours spreading that Moka is currently three months pregnant with the couple’s first child.

Zac Efron to star as Ted Bundy in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile

The 29-year-old actor will lead the cast of the new movie by 'Paradise Lost: The Child of Murders at Robin Hood Hills' director Joe Berlinger who will tell the shocking true story of Bundy, who raped and murdered numerous young women during a killing spree in the 1970s that shocked America and the world.

Producer Nicolas Chartier spoke to Deadline and said: "Efron can play both the depth and the charm that this guy had in equal measures which allowed him to manipulate these women in such a terrifying way."

Efron shot to fame in Disney franchise 'High School Musical' and since then has taken on a series of comedic roles including starring in movies such as 'Bad Neighbours' and 'Dirty Grandpa' but this part marks a complete change in tone for him.

The Hollywood Reporter say the script will be written by Michael Werde and is set to explore the crimes of the killer through the eyes of Bundy's long-time girlfriend Elizabeth Kloepfer.

Although years of denying his murders, Kloepfer eventually turned him into the police and she only found the true extent of his actions until he began talking about them closer to his execution.

The actress to play the role of Kloepfer has yet to be revealed.

Efron's own Ninjas Runnin' Wild banner will be producing the movie alongside Michael Simkin and Jason Barrett.

Chartier and Ara Keshishian from Voltage Pictures is reported to be backing the movie and it is set to start filming in October.

Efron is next to be seen starring opposite Dwayne Johnson in the movie reboot of 'Baywatch' and will also star in the upcoming musical 'The Greatest Showman ' with Hugh Jackman marking the first time Efron has been seen in a musical since 'Hairspray' back in 2007.

Blake Lively to play cage fighter in Bruised

The former 'Gossip Girl' star - who won acclaim for her performance in shark attack thriller 'The Shallows' - is to be the lead star in the drama which follows the life of a single mother who has two jobs who must use her mixed martial arts skills order to keep her son.

The movie is to be directed by Nick Cassavetes, who worked on 'The Notebook' and 'The Other Woman', from a story by Michelle Rosenfarb.

Cassavetes was previously expected to direct the 'Road House' reboot starring Ronda Rousey which is understood to have been put on hold following Rousey's high-profile UFC losses and the backlash on gender flipping movies such as 'Ghostbusters: Answer The Call'.

'Bruised' will be presented at Cannes this week.

Thunder Road Pictures' Basil Iwanyk is producing alongside Linda Gottlieb and Guymon Casady of Management 360.

Shooting on the project is expected to start in September.

Blake - who is married to fellow actor Ryan Reynolds, with whom she has daughters James and Ines - has seen her career go from strength-to-strength in recent years, including a role in Woody Allen's Cafe Society.

And the 29-year-old actress recently revealed she now avoids searching for her own name on Google so she doesn't spend too much time reading criticisms of her.

She said: "I have [Googled myself] before and it's just ended in full depression. So I think it's a good rule of thumb not to Google yourself because the Internet is not nice."

Miley Cyrus new song Malibu about Liam Hemsworth

The 24-year-old singer has revealed that her first single since 2013 was written over a year ago and is about her falling in love with the 27-year-old actor and how she wouldn't be her "happy" self without the 'Hunger Games' star in her life.

Asked if it is about him, she said: "It's kind of ... I mean, I definitely would be lying if I didn't say that was the influence of the song.

"The single says, 'I never stopped by the shore, under the sun with my feet in the sand, but you brought me here and I'm happy you did, because now I'm as free as birds in the wind, because I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you, but what I found here is through me and what I needed.'"

The 'Wrecking Ball' singer said she has completely "changed" as a person for the better.

Speaking to Australian radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson on Thursday (11.05.17) morning's 'Kyle And Jackie O Show', she admitted: "The way I think, the way I dress, the way I sound. People make 'you've changed' a derogatory statement, I take it as an amazing compliment.

"You should always be changing, you should always be growing up, you should always be evolving. The one thing you can always count on is change."

Miley also admitted that she is in a much happier and content place than she was four years ago.

She said: "Just four years ago I was sliding down my own tongue, and now you know I'm frolicking on the sand and in the fields."

And, that is partly due to her stopping taking drugs.

Billy Ray Cyrus recently said his daughter has a "joy for life" now that she's stopped smoking marijuana.

He said: "As a dad, I see Miley really just functioning on, like, a figure and a joy for life. I don't know how to break it down more than just the fact that I see a joy in her spirit and something coming from within that is just pure beauty, if you will.

"I think she just found ... she's firing off all cylinders. Her thoughts, her instincts, everything is at the top of its game. Sometimes you have to clear out the junk. And then you realise what's most important. Whatever is going on, it's working for her."

Tom Hanks will star in adaptation of News of the World

Paulette Jiles' novel, which was published last year to critical acclaim and nominated for a National Book Award, will be transferred onto the big screen by screenwriter Luke Davies who was responsible for the Oscar-winning 'Lion'.

Set in 1870, the novel follows a road trip through the Western territory by two unlikely travelling partners - one is Jefferson Kyle Kidd, a Texan Captain, and the other is a 10-year-old girl who he has to escort back to her family in San Antonio.

The two travelling partners came together after he rescues her from a native tribe that killed her family four years earlier, however, the girl doesn't want to be rescued and refuses to live with people she has no memory of.

Deadline reports Playtone's Gary Goetzman and Hanks are producing with The Danish Girl's Gail Mutrux.

Fox 2000 is reported to be backing the film and the casting of the young girl has yet to be finalised.
Davies has recently adapted the 'Beautiful Boy' from the books by David and Nic Sheff with Felix van Groeningen directing for Amazon Studios.

Hanks, 60, is currently preparing to play editor Ben Bradlee in Steven Spielberg's new untitled Pentagon Papers film alongside Meryl Streep as well as starring in and writing 'Greyhound' - directed by Aaron Schnieder.

Hanks is also reprising the character of cowboy doll Woody for 'Toy Story 4', which is scheduled for a 2019 release, following the critical success of the previous instalment of the Pixar franchise.

It's reported the new addition to the popular franchise follows Woody and Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) as they try and find one toy who was given away Bo Peep.
