years ago, Jeremy Chang left the music world for his family and resumed
his dentist career. Last year he came back and now, at the age of 56,
he announced to have a concert at the Taipei Arena in June. When asked
why, he said, "I come back neither for fame nor for money.
My song
‘Hiroshima Mon Amour’ belongs to the level of the Grammy instead of
Golden Bell. I hope the new singers would come and know that the music
in Taiwan is not just how it is now." Jeremy thought there were a lot of
things he had not yet done and many things nobody had done. He wanted
to repay his fan with his concert, after which he would make new music
and probably movies.
His wife Kate from Lithuania showed up with him in a
fitting pink dress. As the mother of two, she still maintained a good
shape and was praised by the presser host Mickey Huang for looking like a
model.
