Days after fellow S.H.E member Ella Chen welcomed her baby boy, nicknamed “Strong Baby” into the world, singer-actress Hebe Tien performed Hong Kong singer Faye Wong’s song, ‘Mortal World’ at her solo concert in Wuhan, China, and dedicated it to the baby boy.
The 34-year-old confessed that she catches herself staring at pictures of the baby on her phone, and often wonders what he might be doing right now.
After making the confession, she proceeded to perform ‘Mortal World’, captivating the audience with her clear voice. In related news, fellow S.H.E member Selina Jen also praised Ella online recently, deeming her the bravest woman she’s ever met. Selina shared that when she saw Ella suffering from contractions during childbirth, she started tearing up for Ella.
“But, all Ella did was to clench her eyebrows and twist her waist while groaning,” she shared, adding that even though the mother-of-one was in pain, she brushed the pain aside and begun singing their song, ‘Genesis’, together with Hebe and Selina.
“She’s really a crazy mother,” Selina laughed.
Ella confirmed that she was pregnant in October, and shared a month later that she was expecting a boy, whom she gave birth to last Wednesday (April 12). She tied the knot with her Malaysian businessman husband Alvin Lai over four years ago, and she has regularly kept her fans updated about her blissful wedded life.
