Una Foden is pregnant.
The Saturdays singer took to her
Instagram account to reveal she and her husband Ben Foden are expecting
their second child together following the birth to their daughter Aoife
in March 2012.
In a message attached to a picture of Aoife wearing
a T-shirt with ''I'm going to be a big sister'' emblazoned on it, she
wrote: ''I know lots of people have been guessing and Ben and I can now
confirm that Aoife is going to have a baby brother or sister next
year!!! We're all very happy (sic)''
Una's message was retweeted
by the official Twitter account of The Saturdays, and her bandmate
Vanessa White took to the social networking account to congratulate the
couple on their news.
She wrote: ''Massive congratulations to @UnaTheSats and @ben_foden such exciting news! I can't wait! Xxx (sic)''
Rochelle Humes also followed suit and joked the group could soon form a junior version of The Saturdays with their kids.
She
wrote: ''Big Congrats to @UnaTheSats @ben_foden on bubba number 2,
amazing news. 'Saturdays Juniors' is forming nicely #auntieagain (sic)''
However, their other bandmates Mollie King and Frankie Sandford are yet to post their congratulations.
Una's pregnancy will come as no surprise to her fans after she revealed in January that she is keen to add to her brood.
She
said: ''I definitely want more children. It will be nice for Aoife to
have a little brother or sister. One day we'll definitely have more, but
I'm not thinking about it yet.
''I'm so happy with Aoife right now that I'm not thinking about having another just yet''
But
Una's news wasn't the only big baby announcement of the day as it was
revealed Duchess Catherine and Prince William - who have 13-month-old
son Prince George - are also expecting their second child.
