Entertainment’s representative announced that they will take legal
measures against the person who has been spreading false rumours
regarding EXO’s Tao yesterday, October 14.
This action was taken after
Chinese media, Sohu, released a video of EXO’s Tao who appeared to be
seen hugging a woman, and spread rumours that he was dating.
“The woman was one of Tao’s friends, and it was just a goodbye hug between them,” the agency’s rep stated.
In
the video, which was taken when he was in China, the idol was indeed
seen having physical contact with the woman who was confirmed to be his
friend.
SM has not revealed the kind of legal measures they will take to clear the EXO-M member’s name.
