Taiwanese actress and singer Jane Chen revealed a photo of her twin boys she had given birth to last November on her Weibo yesterday. Jane was seen holding and touching her baby boys’ tiny hand and foot.
Jane also expressed her gratitude towards her friends and family who supported and encouraged her when she persisted through an arduous process of artificial insemination.
The 48-year-old had tied the knot with veteran music producer Ji Zhongping in 2010 after dating for nine years. The couple was rumoured to have visited a clinic to try for a child by artificial insemination in 2012, but they did not respond to the speculations.
After relentless efforts for a baby, Jane was finally pregnant with a pair of twin boys last year but chose not break the news. She kept a low profile till she gave birth in Beijing and stayed on for her 1-month postnatal confinement.

Last week, Jane also made her first post-pregnancy public appearance at an event in Hangzhou. The first-time mother shared on her jitters when taking care of her twins. Jane said she does not find it difficult to juggle her work and her family at the same time, but feels energised instead.
When advised by the media to have more quality rest as she had just given birth, Jane joked that she had rested for more than a month and is recovering well now.
