YG released a teaser poster via its official blog on December 18. The poster shows the members with cocky expressions on their faces as well as the title and credits of the upcoming song What′s Wrong?.What′s Wrong was written by B.I and Bobby, composed by B.I and Rovin and arranged by Rovin. According to the poster, iKON′s debut full album Welcome Back, featuring new single What′s Wrong, will be released online at midnight on December 24 and offline on the same day.
IKON made its debut with My Type in September, before topping music charts with hip-hop track Rhythm Ta and Apology in October. The group also received the best new artist awards at this year′s MelOn Music Awards and MAMA.
Unlike the group′s previous releases, upcoming single What′s Wrong is a rock-style song that suits the holiday season.
A rep from the group′s agency stated, "iKON is filming the What′s Wrong music video somewhere near Seoul. We decided to push back the album release date and worked really hard to the point that we wanted to film the most expensive music video yet."
IKON′s new song and full album will be released on Christmas Eve, but in the meantime, fans can catch members B.I and Bobby on SBS′ Running Man on December 20.
