Are Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin headed for a conscious re-coupling?
According to a report from the Sunday People,
Gwyneth and Chris haven't even discussed the possibility of officially
ending their 11-year marriage and that there is a "very high" chance of
the former couple getting back together.
"Despite being very
different beasts, Chris and Gwyneth adore one another," a source told
the U.K. publication. "I suppose it's a case of they can't live without
one another."
In the wake of the Coldplay frontman's split with
Jennifer Lawrence, talk of a possible reconciliation with Gwyneth is
somewhat expected considering the two were recently seen at dinner with
their children, Apple, 10, and Moses, 8.
"The split released a
lot of pressure from the intense relationship but they are still very
close," the source said. "They look back and enjoy what they did have
and are loving what they currently have."
And her fondness for her
husband is still undeterred.
A few days after his split, Chris made his
first post-breakup public appearance when he and one of his bandmates
served as surprise performers at the AmfAR gala in Los Angeles. Gwyneth
just happened to be hosting the event, and, in introducing Chris, she
called him the "father of the year".
