On Saturday (Aug 15), Hong Kong actress Grace Chan posted a photo of a baby whose face is stained with whipped cream on Instagram. She captioned the post with emoticons of a cake and a heart shape, which is believed to be directed at her boyfriend Kevin Cheng who turned 46 that day.
Speaking to reporters at an event last weekend, Grace claimed that she is not disappointed about not being able to spend the day with her beau. The 24-year-old also let on that she had called Kevin at midnight to wish him “happy birthday”.
“Work is more important. (Will you cook for him as a belated celebration?) I’m bad at cooking, but I will learn to brew soup,” she added.
As for presents, the TVB starlet preferred to keep it a secret. “I will give it to him when he returns to Hong Kong,” said the actress.
Kevin is currently filming a new drama Tai Chi Master: The Door of Tai Chi in Hengdian, China where Grace recently made a “secret visit” that was exposed by director Ho Shu Pui in a Weibo post.
