A week after Wong Cho Lam’s proposal to Leanne Li, the couple visited Hong Kong Disneyland for their wedding shoot last Wednesday. The lovebirds will reportedly hold a 60-table banquet at the same venue on Valentine’s Day next year.
Cho Lam, who once described his relationship with Leanne as “Beauty and the Beast”, transformed into Prince Charming on the day of the photoshoot. Dressed in their wedding gown and suit, the couple took a series of photos at the whimsical theme park.
Although the couple is known to be very loving, Cho Lam has reportedly not earned the favour of his mother-in-law. In response to the claims, the actor’s uncle clarified that the two families are on amicable terms.
“Leanne’s family calls me ‘uncle’ too. Why would they dislike Cho Lam?” he said. “As they need to manage their careers first, I won’t pressurise them to make babies. But as an uncle, I wish they would hurry up and give birth [to a baby] for me to play with!”
