Brooke Mueller is reportedly seeking treatment in rehab.
The 38-year-old actress - who has six-year-old twins Bob and Max with ex-husband Charlie Sheen - is currently a month and a half into a six month stay at the facility, Us Weekly magazine reports.
Following her ex-husband's HIV announcement in November last year, the mother-of-two confirmed that neither her or her children are HIV-positive.
A representative said in a statement at the time: "Brooke has been inundated with calls from friends and family. To put their minds at ease, Brooke can confirm that she and the boys are not HIV-positive."
Meanwhile, Brooke previously revealed her and her ex-husband are "getting along fantastically".
She said: "We're getting along fantastically. Bob looks like Charlie but has my personality. Max looks more like me but acts like Charlie.
"I'm a part of the recovery community. I'm doing good right now. I'm just being the best mother I can be.
"It's so great. I just went to open house and met teachers and saw the classrooms. They're doing incredible. They're maturing. Every day when I'm with them, I remember more about my childhood. I love motherhood. It's wonderful."
