She also bought a piece of property in Southern France, a 17-acre vineyard Chateau Monlot in the Saint Emilion region of Bordeaux, which is estimated to have cost her 4 to 5 million euros, in 2011.
Vicki soared to fame after playing Xiao Yan Zi in 1998 Chinese drama, My Fair Princess, alongside close friend Ruby Lin, who played Xia Ziwei. She has gone on to star in box office hits such as Red Cliff and Shaolin Soccer and went behind the scenes to produce her critically acclaimed first film, So Young, in 2013.
She was last seen acting in Johnnie To’s 2016 crime-thriller film, Three, alongside Louis Khoo and Wallace Chung.
