Ever since Taiwanese actor-singer Vic Chou and Taiwanese actress Reen Yu announced that they were expecting in April, the couple laid low and kept a low profile.
The
couple was finally spotted at a café in Taipei, Taiwan last weekend.
Vic was wearing a beanie and a striped tee, while Reen tied her hair up
in a ponytail and dressed comfortably. The couple quickly made a beeline
for a table in the basement level of the café, where they sat quietly,
side by side.
After a while, Vic placed his hand on Reen’s thigh,
while Reen reached over to hold hands with him, seemingly at ease with
each other.
Half an hour later, the couple walked out of the café hand-in-hand.
Reen, who’s more than six months pregnant, appeared to be healthy and
well-rested. The actress’s baby bump was also clearly visible, even
though she was wearing loose clothing.
The couple then lingered on the sidewalk for a bit, chatting with their friends before hailing a cab home.
When
asked to comment on Vic’s recent activities, his manager revealed that
he has just finished filming for his latest project, a Chinese drama
serial. However, she remained mum when asked about Reen‘s pregnancy and
her expected due date, and would only say that Vic is, “Happy,
satisfied, thankful and grateful.”
