Ella Chen breaks a confinement rule

Taiwanese singer-actress Ella Chen’s has always been energetic and active, even posting a video of her dancing vigorously along to one of her songs whilst eight months pregnant.

Even though the new mother has given birth and is in the middle of her confinement period, she’s still as restless as ever, according to her fellow S.H.E member, Taiwanese singer-actress Selina Jen.

Yesterday, Ella took to her Facebook to share more about her life whilst in confinement and revealed that her husband, Malaysian businessman Alvin Lai has been taking very good care of her. She said Alvin is singlehandedly taking care of the household chores and their families, so that Ella can focus on recuperating whilst in the confinement centre.

However, she revealed that as she cannot stand the heat, she has secretly took a number of cold showers, breaking an age-old confinement rule, where new mothers are not allowed to take cold showers during their confinement period.

Ella’s “cool” confession left fans breaking out in a cold sweat, with some leaving comments calling her “crazy,” as they were worried for her health.

Although she is treated very well at the confinement centre, the 35-year-old’s mother still can’t help but to worry over her wellbeing, said Ella, in her post. Now that she has become a mother herself, Ella finally understands where her mum’s worries stems from.

She also took the opportunity to thank her mother publicly in her post, as Mother’s Day was yesterday.

“Ma, thank you for always loving us so much, I love you too,” Ella wrote. She also shared that this is her first Mother’s Day since becoming a mother and that the day has passed by well. Finally, she ended her post by wishing all the mothers in world a “Happy Mother’s Day”.

Ella tied the knot with Alvin five years ago, and she has regularly kept her fans updated about her blissful wedded life. She confirmed that she was pregnant in October last year, and gave birth on April 12 this year.

Aaron Kwok, Moka Fang shop for Mother’s Day gift together

Hong Kong singer-actor Aaron Kwok and his new wife, Chinese model Moka Fang were spotted in public for the first time since tying the knot a few weeks ago.

The couple were seen hand-in-hand at a shopping mall in Hong Kong, with Aaron seemingly in a good mood. He even smile at reporters and said, “Today, [I] brought my wife out to shop for a Mother’s Day gift”.

Moka, who is rumoured to be expecting the couple’s first child, held on tightly on Aaron’s arm the entire time. She wore a black skirt and layered her outfit with a denim jacket, hiding her figure and widely-speculated “baby bump.”

Other than shopping for a Mother’s Day gift, the couple also shopped for shoes. Moka was seen trying on a few pairs of shoes and occasionally turned to Aaron for his opinion.

Aaron and Moka tied the knot in a surprise ceremony which was only revealed hours before it took place on April 18. The ceremony was a simple 10 table affair, with rumours spreading that Moka is currently three months pregnant with the couple’s first child.

Zac Efron to star as Ted Bundy in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile

The 29-year-old actor will lead the cast of the new movie by 'Paradise Lost: The Child of Murders at Robin Hood Hills' director Joe Berlinger who will tell the shocking true story of Bundy, who raped and murdered numerous young women during a killing spree in the 1970s that shocked America and the world.

Producer Nicolas Chartier spoke to Deadline and said: "Efron can play both the depth and the charm that this guy had in equal measures which allowed him to manipulate these women in such a terrifying way."

Efron shot to fame in Disney franchise 'High School Musical' and since then has taken on a series of comedic roles including starring in movies such as 'Bad Neighbours' and 'Dirty Grandpa' but this part marks a complete change in tone for him.

The Hollywood Reporter say the script will be written by Michael Werde and is set to explore the crimes of the killer through the eyes of Bundy's long-time girlfriend Elizabeth Kloepfer.

Although years of denying his murders, Kloepfer eventually turned him into the police and she only found the true extent of his actions until he began talking about them closer to his execution.

The actress to play the role of Kloepfer has yet to be revealed.

Efron's own Ninjas Runnin' Wild banner will be producing the movie alongside Michael Simkin and Jason Barrett.

Chartier and Ara Keshishian from Voltage Pictures is reported to be backing the movie and it is set to start filming in October.

Efron is next to be seen starring opposite Dwayne Johnson in the movie reboot of 'Baywatch' and will also star in the upcoming musical 'The Greatest Showman ' with Hugh Jackman marking the first time Efron has been seen in a musical since 'Hairspray' back in 2007.

Blake Lively to play cage fighter in Bruised

The former 'Gossip Girl' star - who won acclaim for her performance in shark attack thriller 'The Shallows' - is to be the lead star in the drama which follows the life of a single mother who has two jobs who must use her mixed martial arts skills order to keep her son.

The movie is to be directed by Nick Cassavetes, who worked on 'The Notebook' and 'The Other Woman', from a story by Michelle Rosenfarb.

Cassavetes was previously expected to direct the 'Road House' reboot starring Ronda Rousey which is understood to have been put on hold following Rousey's high-profile UFC losses and the backlash on gender flipping movies such as 'Ghostbusters: Answer The Call'.

'Bruised' will be presented at Cannes this week.

Thunder Road Pictures' Basil Iwanyk is producing alongside Linda Gottlieb and Guymon Casady of Management 360.

Shooting on the project is expected to start in September.

Blake - who is married to fellow actor Ryan Reynolds, with whom she has daughters James and Ines - has seen her career go from strength-to-strength in recent years, including a role in Woody Allen's Cafe Society.

And the 29-year-old actress recently revealed she now avoids searching for her own name on Google so she doesn't spend too much time reading criticisms of her.

She said: "I have [Googled myself] before and it's just ended in full depression. So I think it's a good rule of thumb not to Google yourself because the Internet is not nice."

Miley Cyrus new song Malibu about Liam Hemsworth

The 24-year-old singer has revealed that her first single since 2013 was written over a year ago and is about her falling in love with the 27-year-old actor and how she wouldn't be her "happy" self without the 'Hunger Games' star in her life.

Asked if it is about him, she said: "It's kind of ... I mean, I definitely would be lying if I didn't say that was the influence of the song.

"The single says, 'I never stopped by the shore, under the sun with my feet in the sand, but you brought me here and I'm happy you did, because now I'm as free as birds in the wind, because I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you, but what I found here is through me and what I needed.'"

The 'Wrecking Ball' singer said she has completely "changed" as a person for the better.

Speaking to Australian radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson on Thursday (11.05.17) morning's 'Kyle And Jackie O Show', she admitted: "The way I think, the way I dress, the way I sound. People make 'you've changed' a derogatory statement, I take it as an amazing compliment.

"You should always be changing, you should always be growing up, you should always be evolving. The one thing you can always count on is change."

Miley also admitted that she is in a much happier and content place than she was four years ago.

She said: "Just four years ago I was sliding down my own tongue, and now you know I'm frolicking on the sand and in the fields."

And, that is partly due to her stopping taking drugs.

Billy Ray Cyrus recently said his daughter has a "joy for life" now that she's stopped smoking marijuana.

He said: "As a dad, I see Miley really just functioning on, like, a figure and a joy for life. I don't know how to break it down more than just the fact that I see a joy in her spirit and something coming from within that is just pure beauty, if you will.

"I think she just found ... she's firing off all cylinders. Her thoughts, her instincts, everything is at the top of its game. Sometimes you have to clear out the junk. And then you realise what's most important. Whatever is going on, it's working for her."

Tom Hanks will star in adaptation of News of the World

Paulette Jiles' novel, which was published last year to critical acclaim and nominated for a National Book Award, will be transferred onto the big screen by screenwriter Luke Davies who was responsible for the Oscar-winning 'Lion'.

Set in 1870, the novel follows a road trip through the Western territory by two unlikely travelling partners - one is Jefferson Kyle Kidd, a Texan Captain, and the other is a 10-year-old girl who he has to escort back to her family in San Antonio.

The two travelling partners came together after he rescues her from a native tribe that killed her family four years earlier, however, the girl doesn't want to be rescued and refuses to live with people she has no memory of.

Deadline reports Playtone's Gary Goetzman and Hanks are producing with The Danish Girl's Gail Mutrux.

Fox 2000 is reported to be backing the film and the casting of the young girl has yet to be finalised.
Davies has recently adapted the 'Beautiful Boy' from the books by David and Nic Sheff with Felix van Groeningen directing for Amazon Studios.

Hanks, 60, is currently preparing to play editor Ben Bradlee in Steven Spielberg's new untitled Pentagon Papers film alongside Meryl Streep as well as starring in and writing 'Greyhound' - directed by Aaron Schnieder.

Hanks is also reprising the character of cowboy doll Woody for 'Toy Story 4', which is scheduled for a 2019 release, following the critical success of the previous instalment of the Pixar franchise.

It's reported the new addition to the popular franchise follows Woody and Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) as they try and find one toy who was given away Bo Peep.

Lynn Hung sparks pregnancy rumours

Hong Kong-based model-actress Lynn Hung tied the knot with Ken Kwok, the younger brother of Hong Kong actress Kenix Kwok, last October. Since the wedding, there has been speculation of her having a bun in the oven and the 36-year-old has also been open about her desire to have a child.

This time around, Lynn and Ken have been spotted holidaying in Taiwan after arriving on May 9. The couple was seen at Taoyuan Airport, with Ken in charge of all their bags. They headed straight to a carting competition as audience members, where their sweet displays of affection towards each other were spotted by others who were present that day.

The next day, they visited a well-known soy bean store, where netizens noticed that Lynn’s appetite was unusually large. This, along with Ken’s consideration towards Lynn at the airport, led to netizens speculating if Lynn has finally had her wish fulfilled and is expecting a child.

Others passed it off as the couple being still in the midst of their honeymoon phase, and that the holiday could have been a baby-making trip for them instead.

Jolin Tsai teams up with her mother for charity

Jolin Tsai has been well-known for her charitable work since her debut as a singer. This year, she announced that she will be doing something special just in time for Mother’s Day – releasing a song, titled ‘Rang Ai Chuan Chu Qu’.

She first heard the song while she was working with NGO (non-government organisation) Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation, where a children’s choir performed the song as part of an event. After hearing the song, Jolin was so moved by it that she asked the producer if she could rearrange and release it.

A spokesman from the organisation shared that they agreed as they hope that this song can have a butterfly effect and bring the message of sharing and love to a larger audience with Jolin on board.
The singer shared that she originally recorded two versions of the song, a heartwarming and an upbeat version, and left the decision of which version to use as the final to her mother. Her mother decided on the former, with the reason being that it is “very touching and has the right feel to it”.

What makes Jolin’s charity work special this time around is that both she and her mother will be promoting the cause together, and the 36-year-old has also let on that she hopes for this track to be a Mother’s Day present for the most important woman in her life.

Ashley Graham thought being pretty was about sex

The 29-year-old model has spoken about the many "mistakes" she made early on in her career in her new book, 'A New Model: What Confidence, Beauty and Power Really Look Like', and admits she felt like she would have been more accepted if people wanted to have sex with her.

Speaking to Vogue, the brunette beauty - who signed to Wilhelmina Models in 2001 - said: "I'm not going to just give you the story half-assed--I'm going to give it to you full-on. For me, being pretty was wrapped up in sex. Being accepted was wrapped up in sex. I don't want women to think like that. I want them to learn from my mistakes."

In the book, Ashley - who is married to Justin Ervin - recalls when she was sexually assaulted aged 10 by the son of her parents' friends, and said it was difficult reading those pages aloud in a recent recital because it's a taboo topic that people, especially women, rarely discuss with each other.

The author explained: "When you read it out loud, it's even more powerful to talk about being sexually assaulted because women just don't do it. It's not a natural conversation that you have with your girlfriends."

Ashely is proud of the impact her story has had on women her age and younger, and thinks it's because she hasn't been afraid to open up.

She said: "I think that the more vulnerable I was, the easier it was going to be for someone to relate to me.

"I definitely think that my body has changed many peoples' lives. I've used my body as a tool to talk about taboo subjects, such as cellulite or being insecure about lower belly fat--and also [how to] talk life into your body and have an affirmation kind of conversation with yourself. And I know the lives that have been."

Nikki Reed 'really wanted a baby'

The 28-year-old actress and the 'Lost' star announced they are expecting their first child together last week, and the brunette beauty and her hunky spouse have reportedly always been desperate to start a family.

An insider told Us Weekly magazine: "Nikki said she always knew she wanted to have kids before she turned 30."

The couple - who got married in 2015 - are happier than they've ever been, especially now that their dreams have been answered.

The source added: "They are incredibly happy together. Ian worships Nikki. He's so sweet to her and treats her like a queen!"

The 'Twilight' star took to her Instagram account on May 4 to announce their happy news.

Alongside a picture of Ian kissing her baby bump, Nikki wrote: "Hi Little One, I know you, but only because I feel you. How is it possible to love someone so much already?

"All I know for sure is it's the strongest feeling I've ever felt. We've been sharing this body for quite some time, and we've already experienced so much together. We can't wait to meet you ... Love Your parents (sic)"

Ian, 38, subsequently shared the same snap on his own Instagram account and revealed the couple had tried to keep the pregnancy news to themselves for "as long as possible".

The 'Vampire Diaries' actor explained: "In my 38 years on this earth I've never experienced anything more powerful and beautiful than this. This has been the most special time of our lives and we wanted to keep it between the three of us for as long as possible so we could enjoy this time with each other and our little one who is growing so fast ... because that's what they do, they grow so fast."

Wallace Huo, Ruby Lin pray for their daughter’s wellbeing

After tying the knot and welcoming their baby daughter, nicknamed “Little Angel” in Chinese, celebrity couple Wallace Huo and Ruby Lin have rarely been spotted together due to their busy schedules.

Yesterday, however, a fan spotted the couple at the Hsing Tian Kong temple in Taipei, with Wallace sporting a freshly shaved head due to his role in the Chinese period drama, Ruyi’s Royal Love in the Palace. Wallace and Ruby were both dressed in casual tees and jeans, with Ruby sporting a pair of sunglasses.

The lovebirds walked discreetly around the temple, with a set of baby clothes in their hands, according to the fan. Fans then guessed that they must have gone to the temple to pray for the well-being and obtain blessings for their four-month-old daughter.

The whole affair is believed to be a traditional Taoist ceremony that is common in Taiwan, and is believed to help in driving away evil influences or spirits that may linger around a child. The Hsing Tian Kong’s ritual is also said to be particularly effective.

Ruby tied the knot with Wallace in Bali last August. The couple remained fiercely private about their personal life, especially Ruby’s pregnancy, after the wedding. The birth of their daughter in January was only announced days after her delivery.

Michelle Chen stuns with new photoshoot

Taiwanese actress Michelle Chen, who gave birth to her first child, a boy nicknamed “Xiao Xing Xing” in December last year, has regained her pre-pregnancy figure.

The 33-year-old, who was once nicknamed “soup dumpling,” and dubbed “the ugliest Xiao Long Nu” for her round face and stout figure whilst filming the period drama The Romance of the Condor Heroes, stunned netizens when pictures of her latest pictorial was posted online.

The pictorial, which was themed “home-chic” saw Michelle garbed in a simple pair of white shorts and a tank top, lounging about in various places. One of the pictures that gained the most attention from netizens was the one where Michelle showed off her slender legs, with netizens expressing their envy at her slim figure and long legs.

Previously, Michelle herself had posted on her Facebook account that she had covered up her flaws with her clothes, and that the photographer had shot some pictures from a lower angle to give viewers the illusion that she had longer legs.

“[I] should give the photographer an extra chicken drumstick [for his photography skills],” she joked.

Michelle tied the knot with Chinese actor Chen Xiao, after dating for seven months, in July last year, on the actor’s birthday and announced that she was three months pregnant. The pair first met while filming Chinese drama The Romance of the Condor Heroes in 2014.

Danielle Lloyd wears pyjamas on the school run

Danielle Lloyd does the school run in her pyjamas.

The 33-year-old former glamour model - who is expecting her first child with partner Michael O'Neill and has sons Archie, six, Harry, five, and George, three, with ex-husband Jamie O'Hara - can't be bothered to make the effort to get dressed before dropping her kids off in the morning, so simply takes them out while still in her bedwear, and she doesn't care what the other parents might think of her fashion choice.

Writing in her column for Closer magazine, she shared: "Getting my three sons up at 7.30am can be tricky. Michael and I will get them ready and give them breakfast then I'll take Archie and Harry to school. Sometimes I'll do the run in my pyjamas - I don't care what I look like. I'll come back and have breakfast at around 9am."

Danielle admits her fourth pregnancy has left her "exhausted" but there are small things she does to stay cheerful and positive as she waits for her fourth boy to make his entrance into the world.
She said: "My pregnancy has left me feeling exhausted and I don't have a lot of energy. I like to get my nails done as it makes me feel much better."

After a bitter split from former Tottenham Hotspur soccer player Jamie in 2014, Danielle never dreamed she'd have turned her life around and be as happy as she is now.

She said: "I still believe in marriage, despite my past experiences. There are the right people for each of us and the wrong people - it's just a case of waiting until the ideal person comes along. I couldn't have imagined three years ago I'd have a future as bright as the one I have ahead of me, a fiancé and a baby boy on the way. You shouldn't ever give up hope of a happy ending."

In Taiwanese model-actress Sonia Sui’s household, every Sunday is “Sibling Bonding Day”, with the 36-year-old often uploading pictures of her two kids, Max, 1, and 3-month-old Lucy together on Sunday.

However, last week, Sonia broke from tradition and posted a different series of pictures instead, leaving netizens in envy at her good relationship with her businessman husband, Tony Chia.

The two pictures, which were captioned, “You, as seen by me, and me, as seen by you,” gave everyone a glimpse of how the couple usually viewed each other.

In one picture, Sonia grins at the camera with Max and Lucy in her arms, while in the second picture, which was taken from a higher angle, Tony can be seen sitting on the floor, while Max and Lucy lounge about on a mat in front of him.

The pictures reminded many of the popular “Follow Me To” photo series, with the different viewpoints and angles.

CHRIS PRATT 'KNOCKED OUT' FILMING GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2

Chris Pratt got "knocked out" performing stunts for 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2'.

The 37-year-old actor reprises his role as Peter Quill and his alter-ego Star-Lord in the second instalment of the Marvel Comics movie franchise, and has said he suffered a blow which "essentially knocked him out" when he was trying to perform his own stunts for the movie.

He said: "It's a really stunt-heavy movie, through the course of the whole film for everyone. We were suspended from wires, we did a whole bunch of stunts. I got my bell rung pretty, pretty good. One time I essentially got knocked out." And the star - who has four-year-old son Jack with his wife Anna Faris - has now learned that it's best to let the seasoned professionals carry out the stunts.

He added during an appearance on 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' on Wednesday (04.05.17): "You always want to let the stunt people do them or their own version of it. Usually when you do it, it's for your own ego and they let you do that. Then the stunt person comes in and does it and that's what they use in the movie. So it's just another way for us actors to feed our egos, because there aren't enough."

Meanwhile, Chris recently revealed that whilst his son is aware of his on-screen superhero persona, the young child prefers the world-saving antics of Spider-Man.

Speaking about his son, Chris said: "He knows the first part of the film. I don't know if he thinks it is cool but he has seen the movies that I am in. He knows that I am Star-Lord.

But as a matter of fact when I ask him 'who is your favourite superhero Star-Lord', he says 'no Spider-Man'. He just likes Spider-Man better."

CHRIS PRATT: 'RAMBO MADE ME WHO I AM TODAY

Chris Pratt has credited 'Rambo' for making him "who I am today".

The 37-year-old actor has revealed Sylvester Stallone, who portrayed as the lead role as John Rambo in the movie franchise, was his biggest influence growing up, and the the 1980 movies he featured in encouraged him to embark on a career in the acting industry.

Speaking about his career and his 70-year-old idol on 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' on Wednesday (03.05.17), the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' star - who plays the role of Peter Quill and his alter-ego Star-Lord in the Marvel Comics production - said: "That was my childhood growing up, and coincidentally the childhood of Peter Quill. His whole ideology is based on his pop icons from that 80s era. And Syl Stallone and Kurt Russell has such an influence on my childhood. "Stallone from 'Tango & Cash' and of course 'Rocky' but 'Rambo'. 'Rambo', for me, that made me who I am today. He is so good."

And the dark-haired hunk - who has four-year-old son Jack with his wife Anna Faris - has revealed he even had his own survival knife because he felt so inspired by the Vietnam war veteran, who now joins him for a cameo appearance in 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2'.

He explained: "I had a survival knife. You unscrewed the top so you could navigate your way to safety, some waterproof matches, a little fishhook and some line just in case you are going to get stuck in the woods for a long time, you are going to catch some dinner. And a sewing kit should you fall off a cliff and cut your arm, the way he did in 'First Blood', you can sew that together, and that won't get infected."

Edison Chen causes a scene at Hong Kong airport

Since March this year, rumours that Edison Chen was finally settling down and starting a family started to circulate. This came after industry insiders revealed that he and his girlfriend, Chinese model Qin Shupei, were expecting their first child together.

Although neither party has confirmed nor denied the pregnancy rumours, recent reports suggest that Shupei has secretly delivered their daughter in the United States.

Making his return to Hong Kong for the first time since the speculation started, reporters awaited the 36-year-old’s arrival and rushed towards him in an attempt to verify the rumours.

Among the first words to the media were, “I often go on holiday” in response to queries on where he was before returning to Hong Kong. Shortly after, his patience wore thin as he lashed out at the reporters who repeatedly asked about Shupei and their alleged daughter.

He also whipped out his phone to record the situation, while threatening that he would no longer hold back if they continued their relentless probing.

With the media trailing after him, Edison got even more upset with them, with some media outlets reporting that he was on the verge of physically attacking them.

He did, however, shout, “I’m a terrible person!” before quickly escaping to the carpark with his manager’s assistance.

Vivian Hsu gives up toilet breaks to care for son

Earlier this week, Vivian Hsu shared that she went for three days without sleep as her son, Dalton, was down with a nasty bug.

She let on that he had a persistent high fever, cough, throat inflammation and runny nose and that she was heartbroken seeing her usually bubbly son battle against his sickness.

In a video update on her Facebook page yesterday, netizens were heartened to see that Dalton looks much better and is back on his feet.

The video, which starts off with Dalton trying to open a locked door, has the little boy trying his best to get into the restroom where his mother is having a toilet break.

While inside, she tells him, “Hold on, mummy is in the restroom!” Dalton, however, persists in trying to get to his mother and was only appeased when Vivian emerged from behind the door and picked him up from the floor and kissed him. Sam Claflin has been cast in 'Semper Fi'.

The 'Hunger Games: Catching Fire' actor will star in the new crime thriller by 'Murderball' writer and director Henry-Alex Rubin with David Lancaster of Rumble Films and Karina Miller from Sparkhouse Media producing.

Speaking to Variety, Miller said: "I couldn't be more excited about 'Semper Fi'. At its core, it's about what it means to truly stand by the people you love. It's thrilling and entertaining but also emotional.

"In a market where it's a struggle to get people to leave their house and actually go see a movie we plan to make a film that will do just that - get people to the theatre, entertain them and make them feel something."

Producer Lancaster said he couldn't "shake the passionate feeling" he had for Rubin's ability to draw realistic characters. He added: "From the moment I read this script, I couldn't shake the passionate feeling I have always had for the iconic film 'Deerhunter'.

"Henry has shown a unique ability to draw realistic characters combined with a strong sense of place. Brotherhood, loyalty, family ... with a thrilling escape. I'm in!"

The 30-year-old actor will star as Hopper, a straight-laced police officer who spends his downtime as a sergeant in the Marine Corps Reservists with some close friends, keeping an eye on his young brother Oyster.

Sam Claflin to star in Semper Fi

Scooby Doo revival delayed for two years

The 'Scooby Doo' revival has been delayed by two years.

Warner Bros. Studios announced in 2015 that they were bringing back everyone's favourite mystery solvers in a new animated production but now the film has been delayed for two years after being previously set for a September 2018 release.

Back in 2015, Warner Bros. creative president Greg Silverman said: "Like countless fans, I have always loved the Hanna-Barbera cast of characters. "As one of their most famous brand ambassadors, Scooby-Doo will take the lead in re-introducing this pantheon of enduringly popular animated stars on a grand scale with an exciting new movie."

'Space Jam' director Tony Cervone is on board with the film and was set to be joined by Dax Shepard, denofgeek.com reports. Cervone has an impressive track record in the sphere of animated movies, with a host of writing and production credits to his name, and is seen by the studio as the ideal candidate to reintroduce one of the genre's biggest stars.

'The Iron Giant' and 'Frankenweenie' producer Allison Abbate is also rumoured to be part of the new movie adaptation of the beloved TV series.

Two previous live-action movies, featuring the likes of Freddie Prinze Jr and Sarah Michelle Gellar, hit the big screen between 2002 and 2004.

And the producers of those films, Charles Roven and Richard Suckle, are also involved in the new project. No further casting has been revealed as of yet about who will voice Fred, Velma, Daphne, Shaggy and Scooby.

It has also been reported that the studios are looking to bring a new animated 'The Jetsons' movie to the big screen as well.

The new movie has been given a proposed release date of May 15, 2020.
