Girls’ Generation (SNSD) will be launching its first Chinese fan meeting.SM Entertainment stated on August 4, “SNSD will be holding its first fan meeting in China later this year and meet with the fans in the country.”
SM Entertainment added, “The exact date, size and location of the fan meeting have not been decided yet.”
Since its debut in 2007 with the single album Into the New World, SNSD has made hits with songs such as Gee, Hoot, I Got a Boy, Oh! and more, becoming a top girl group in Korea.
SNSD released the best album The Best on July 23, ranking number one on Oricon’s weekly chart, proving its popularity in and out of Korea.
