Emily Blunt admits "everything changed" when she met husband John Krasinski.
The 'Girl on the Train' star and the 'Office' actor were introduced
through friends in 2008 and their relationship enabled her to find her
real self.
Emily - who has two daughters, Hazel, two, and three-month-old Violet,
with John - said: "I've experienced those moments of feeling less than,
where I was just trying to figure how to be a strong person and own who I
want to be, but not for a while now, not since I met my husband. When I
met John, everything changed for me, truly. And I really was emboldened
to discover who I really am."
The 33-year-old actress hails from England but moved to the States to be
with John and while she loves her life in the US, she admits it's hard
hearing her daughter have an American accent.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: "She's sounding a bit American from
what I see. 'Can I have some wah-ta?' I was like, 'Wodder?' And she
went, 'No, it's wah-ta.' I was like, 'Oh, for God's sake!'"
Emily recently revealed how she she is a lot more chilled out this time around when it comes to motherhood.
She said: "I wonder if it's the second kid - you're so relaxed, and then
they're relaxed. Your energy is not like, 'Oh my God, am I gonna kill
this child by something that I'm doing?' "
