Taiwanese actor-singer Ming Dao shot to fame with the rest of his 183
Club members after they debuted in 2004. Although the group has never
formally disbanded, it has been some years since they have had any group
activities. Jacky Chang and Johnny Yen have also left the group.
Ming Dao, who is the host of Chinese variety programme Super Girl Group
recently took part in the final episode’s recording, where 2PM’s
Nichkhun was invited as a special guest. The final six contestants are
to debut as idol group D-SIX, which led Ming Dao to reminisce about his
past as a boyband member.
He shared that the group would always have a dance that they would be
able to execute flawlessly even if they were sick, drunk or had their
eyes closed and that the time spent working hard as a team was
unforgettable even till today.
The 36-year-old expressed, “I hope
that there will be a chance for all the members to share the same stage
once again”, shedding tears after his statement. Fans have also taken to
the internet to show their support for the group, sharing that they too
would love to see the quintet perform again.
