Although Kai has never admitted to dating Tia, he once thanked her publicly for her unwavering support during his drug scandal and said that she had treated him “the same before and after the incident.”
Coincidentally, at a recent event held two weeks ago, the actor was seen having zero interactions with Tia’s fellow Dream Girls member, Puff Kuo, who was also at the same event.
Many believed that Kai avoided Puff - although they were rumoured to have had a thing going on with her in the past - because she grew distant from him after his drug incident and out of consideration for his rumoured girlfriend Tia.
However, when asked about the lack of interaction between Kai and Puff, the actor’s management company explained that the crowd at the event made it difficult for the two to have a conversation as they were both busy taking photos with fans.
