Taiwanese variety show host Jacky Wu’s daughter, Sandy Wu, was
spotted on a date, locking hands with an unidentified man and she
admitted, during an interview at an event, yesterday, that she is
currently in a relationship with him.
The
man was later identified to have previously acted in one of Taiwanese
singer Christine Fan’s music videos, and is currently the chief
executive officer (CEO) of an advertising company.
Sandy, who have co-hosted with Jacky
and won the Best Variety Show Host award with her dad at the Golden
Bell Awards, clarified that her boyfriend did not inherit the company
from his parents, but started his company from scratch by himself. She
also sang praises of him, sharing that he is very kind and he is a good
listener.
“He knows how to listen, unlike Dad, who is so talkative,” she said.
The 26-year-old also shared that her boyfriend have met her parents for a meal at her house, but Jacky, who once teared up
when he thought about Sandy getting married, have not made any response
or comments regarding her choice of man as “Dad trusts me with making
my own friends”.
However, Sandy remained coy when asked to share
more details about her new relationship, refusing to divulge anything
more about her boyfriend. She pled, “I’m really low profile! Please stop
asking”.
