Dugeun Dugeun India slated for additional seasons in different countries

Fans of the Kyu-line – which includes Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, SHINee’s Minho, TVXQ!’s Changmin, EXO’s Suho, INFINITE’s Sunggyu  and CNBLUE’s Jonghyun will be happy to hear that their upcoming variety show, Dugeun Dugeun India, is slated to become a multi-season programme.

The cast members traveled to India in February, where they transformed into broadcaster KBS’s newsroom correspondents that reported from the ground amongst locals. The show held its official press conference prior to the airing of its pilot episode, where the producer, Lee Yi Ji, confirmed that the production team is intending for the show to go on with additional seasons filmed in different countries.

While there has been no confirmation of where the show will head to next, Producer Lee shared that the members have submitted their proposals and that they will decide on a destination after discussions on which locations will provide the best news value.

Additionally, she added that the current cast has not committed themselves to filming future seasons but that the team hopes to continue working on the show with them.

Dugeun Dugeun India will air its pilot episode tonight (April 10).
