Giuliana Rancic says it "kills" her to look in the mirror.
The 40-year-old star has been heavily criticised for her thin frame - which she recently admitted was due to the cancer-suppressing medication she has taken - and says she finds it hard to look at her own figure.
Recalling a trip to the gym, she said: "So there I am, lifting my little 10-pound weights. I'm just trying to get some more definition, because I want a little bit of curve, I want to be sexy.
"And right now, it's killing me to look in the mirror and see that I've just lost all [of it]. I'm just not the girl I used to be. I have never had an eating disorder. I wanted to be very clear about that. In fact, I eat a lot. People always love to tweet, 'Eat a burger.' I eat burgers. It's not working."
The 'Fashion Police' host also revealed she recently took up weight training but admitted she was worried about joining the gym because she didn't want to get any thinner.
Speaking on the Dr. Oz show, she said: "Trust me, I don't want to lose weight. I don't think it looks attractive. I think I used to be more attractive. But I'm doing the best I can.
"I actually recently spoke to a personal trainer because my doctor said, 'Maybe you should get in the gym.' And I'm thinking, 'Get in the gym? I don't want to lose weight! Don't you usually go the gym to lose the weight?' And he said, 'No, no, no, you should - just don't do cardio. Do some weight training.'"
