After weeks of endless speculation about Hannah Quinlivan’s bun in the oven, multi-hyphenate Jay Chou finally confirmed and announced the piece of good news on his Facebook page yesterday night: “We’ll compare and see who walks faster with a ball (referring to Hannah’s pregnant tummy).”
Along with his cheeky message, the 36-year-old father-to-be also posted a photo which showed him with a heavily pregnant tummy, standing beside Hannah, as they compared the size of their bellies
Hannah is believed to be more than four months pregnant due to the size of her tummy, as seen in a separate picture of her posing at the veranda with the beach in the background.
Congratulatory messages from fans and celebrity pals poured in quickly, immediately after the post went up. One of Jay’s BFF, Will Liu, who also recently welcomed his third child, wrote: “Congratulations! I’m really happy for you! You and Hannah sure progressed quickly! (…) Bro, you’re becoming a dad!”
Following their grand and fairy tale-like wedding held in in England in January this year, Jay and Hannah have also thrown two other celebrations in Taiwan and Australia respectively. The sweet couple have been spotted on their honeymoons around the world too, having most recently travelled from Japan to Thailand.
