Taeyang′s acceptance speech at 2015 MAMA is attracting attention.
The 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) was held at the AsiaWorld-Expo Arena in Hong Kong on December 2.Big Bang was crowned Artist of the Year at the award ceremony this year, beating out EXO, Zion.T, SHINee and Girls′ Generation.
Taeyang appeared to be hinting at Big Bang′s imminent army enlistment during his acceptance speech, when he said, "It may be difficult for all five of the Big Bang members to attend MAMA all together from now on. It was an honor to be able to put on the kind of performances we wanted to through MAMA, and thank you for the great award."
Taeyang added, "If there′s one thing that leaves much to be desired, it′s that we wished for the award ceremony to be a place of celebration until the end, but many singers aren′t at their seats," referring to the empty seats in the artists′ section.
