On Saturday, however, Xiaoming finally took to his Weibo to confirm the rumours, writing, “Holiday for three. In the future, we’ll have plenty of [trips] to go on.” The 38-year-old accompanied his post with a picture of the couple out at sea.
After Xiaoming posted on Weibo, fans and fellow celebrities alike left comments congratulating the couple. Chinese actor-singer Tong Dawei, Singaporean singer-songwriter JJ Lin and Chinese American singer Lee Hom, who welcomed his second child recently, were some of the celebs who left comments congratulating the lovebirds.
Angelababy herself also joined in the fun later, sharing Xiaoming’s post and writing, “Congratulations to you!”
The model-actress is said to be currently 4 months pregnant, and is expected to give birth in February or March next year.
Xiaoming and Angelababy tied the knot in October last year.
