More than a year after their breakup, reports have surfaced that Ethan hit his longtime manager in a fit of anger soon after the breakup. The 34-year-old is said to have been in low spirits following the split and put all his effort into finding a way to win Tiffany back.
His longtime manager and friend, Ah Jun, tried to snap him out of his funk and advised him to concentrate on his acting to change Tiffany’s mind. In response, Ethan is said to have shouted, “What do you know?!” before grabbing his manager’s shirt and throwing a punch. After this purported incident, Ah Jun is said to have resigned.
In response, Ah Jun denied getting hit by Ethan and clarified, “I resigned because I wanted to pursue a career behind-the-scenes.”
