At the 8th Macau International Film Festival ceremony, Zhou Dongyu
was presented with the Best Leading Actress award for her performance in
"Never Said Goodbye", while the Best Leading Actor award was shared by
Hu Jun in "Lord of Shanghai" and Li Xuejian in "The Woman Behind the
Man".
When Irene Wan, the previous winner of the Best
Supporting Actress award, appeared to present the Best Supporting Actor,
she recalled that she had been in Japan when a magnitude 7 earthquake
struck and she was really scared because she was on the 51st floor.
