Taiwanese singer-actor Nicky Wu recently appeared on Taiwanese actress-host Dee Hsu’s new talk show, Hungry Sister, where the two discussed the “woes of marriage”.
For this episode, Dee dressed up in a retro cheongsam, complete with a short curly wig to meet her ‘past life’s lover’, Nicky.
As Nicky had recently tied the knot with Chinese actress Cecilia Liu, Dee offered some advice to the newly-wed.
“It might seem like you’re really in love now. Two years later,
though, when you look at Cecilia, you just might want to hit her. If she
says just one more word, you’ll want to say ‘Shut up,’” Dee joked.
Nicky then took the opportunity to ask Dee if she has ever thought of becoming single again, “after so many years of marriage”.
After
a quick think, Dee replied, “I’ve [felt] tired before, but never to the
point of divorce,” before joking that her marriage “was complicated”.
Later,
the 38-year-old revealed that as she needed to go to Beijing, China,
more often recently to film her show, she missed her husband even more.
