Taiwanese actress-host Barbie Hsu gave birth to her second child on May 14 after a difficult birth, and has been recovering well.
On
Sunday, Barbie posted two pictures of her newborn son on Weibo, and
even joked that he looked like the Hong Kong star, Daniel Wu, writing,
“[Huang] Xiaofei [Barbie’s businessman husband] asked if I had met with
Daniel Wu over the past year,” hinting that her son looked like Daniel.
In her caption, the actress-host also assured everyone that she was
alright, saying: “My body has recovered fully! Thank you for your
concern and well wishes, everyone! I’m filled with gratitude towards
this world.”
Barbie revealed that she will not let her son enter the entertainment
industry in the future, and that she wishes for him to become a
physicist, although that will have to depend on his talent as well. The
39-year-old also announced that she “will not be returning to the
entertainment industry so soon”, as she wants to focus on her family.
