Caitlyn Jenner applied for golf club membership as 'Bruce Jenner'.
The 'I Am Cait' star "didn't want to worry about locker rooms" at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California, so decided to submit paperwork under her birth name - which she was known as until she underwent a gender transition earlier this year - in order to play on a new course at the refurbished facility, which contains several separate areas for men and women.
She explained her decision to friend and assistant Ronda Kamihira, who seemed horrified.
She exclaimed: "Why can't you do in fresh as 'Caitlyn?' What are you gonna do? Wear your hoodie and pretend it's no..."
Caitlyn replied: "Probably. And then once I get out on the course, I'll take that off."
Later in the clip from a forthcoming episode of 'I Am Cait', the 65-year-old star further explained her decision and insisted it would be "fine".
She said: "Let's just put 'Bruce' down and it's fine. 'Cause then I don't have to worry about locker rooms and all that c**p right now, which I don't want to worry about. I'll worry about the locker rooms later on down the line."
The club previously said they would not comment about Caitlyn's use of the club.
In a statement issued shortly after the reality star revealed her new identity, they said: "Sherwood Country Club cherishes its members, and their privacy, and will not comment on anything regarding its members' private use and enjoyment of the Club, including Caitlyn Jenner's future use of the Club."
