When attending the promotional event as the ambassador for tennis, Eason
Chan revealed that he had started to learn tennis at the age of 7 to
make himself "look cool", and now he would occasionally play it with
Eric Kwok and Edmond Leung. His daughter was interested in tennis,
though he would not teach her by himself but perhaps would practice with
her. It was reported that he recommended the specialist who had done
his father's liver transplant to his friend Conroy Chan, but Eason
denied the reports. He had not visited Conroy for quite a while and did
not know about Conroy’s latest condition. When asked if he takes care of
his own health, Eason said he's careful with his diet and avoids hot
and spicy food. He had done some examinations and fortunately everything
was OK.
