The two divas are known as one of showbiz’s longstanding friends, and have collaborated on numerous occasions. The pair showed off their strong friendship when Faye flew specially to Hong Kong for Carina’s birthday party last year despite the media spotlight on her for her reconciliation with Nicholas Tse.
She went as far as to call Faye a “troublesome guest” and quip that she wouldn’t “give her face” and sing for her even if she asked, drawing laughter from many in the crowd. The friends are also said to both enjoy playing mahjong, and have similar personalities.
