Korean actress Jun Ji Hyun, who recently became a mother in February this year, has moved in to her newly completed villa in the luxurious Samseongdong neighbourhood in the heart of Seoul.
The
34-year-old actress bought the villa back in 2014 for around 7 billion
won (S$8.2 million), and started renovating it in April last year.
At
that time, the actress’s neighbours were reportedly unhappy with her
plans to move the gate of her garage to the back of her property, and
even went up to her house to protest, causing the renovation to be
delayed.
Her new house features lush greenery and an imposing black and grey
stone fence surrounding the property, in an attempt to protect her
family’s privacy.
The upscale neighbourhood is home to Korean actress Song Hye-kyo, and celebrity couple Kim Seung Woo and Kim Nam Joo as well.
Additionally, the actress is set to make her acting comeback in an upcoming fantasy romance drama serial titled Legend of The Blue Sea, alongside actor Lee Min Ho. The 34-year-old had initially ceased all work activities after announcing her pregnancy almost a year ago. She married her banker husband, Choi Jun Hyuk in 2012.
