Taiwanese singer-actress Rainie Yang has long been embroiled in
rumours with Chinese singer, Li Ronghao, though they have yet to
explicitly confirm their relationship.
Today,
Rainie posted a simple, “Today, someone in my family turns a year
older,” on her Weibo at exactly 12 midnight, surprising fans.
Later,
it was found that Ronghao will be turning 31 today, causing fans to
surmise that Rainie’s cryptic Weibo post was actually for the singer.
Fan
then starting leaving comments on her Weibo, asking if she was
referring to Ronghao in her post. Some even brought up Rainie’s good
friend, Taiwanese actress Michelle Chen, who will be tying the knot later this month, urging Rainie to get married on that day as well.
Rainie’s
relationship with Ronghao was first revealed last February, when
Ronghao shared a photo of them looking close. Since then, Rainie has
been spotted numerous times at Ronghao’s concerts and even at his residence in Beijing. The couple was last spotted shopping hand-in-hand in Tokyo, Japan last month.
